About Us
Cox Auto Electrics is a leading diagnostic, repair and component re-manufacture specialist to the UK automotive, marine and leisure industry.
Whilst our core service is the provision of DC component re-manufacture to Private Cars and PSV / HGV's, we are also specialist providers of bespoke electrical solutions to the Vintage and prestige and Marine leisure sectors, where we offer a tailored service to meet the individual needs of our customers whether it be a simple unit re-manufacture or a full scale electrical system upgrade.

Our business is proudly run by the Cox family. The values our family live by are passed onto our customers, ensuring a warm and friendly experience.
Our History
Founded in 1972, we have continually grown, from our humble beginnings in our founder Ken Cox's garage, to a purpose built, fully owned factory unit conducting business from Australia to Germany.
We have built an enviable reputation for providing a high quality service with a tenacious “can-do” approach. Our strength lies in the breadth and depth of knowledge and expertise of our qualified technicians – underpinned by our strong traditional family values and our mission to deliver an exceptional value-for-money service with a warm, friendly customer experience.
