Fault Diagnosis
The most effective way to resolve any problem is via our purpose built premises which have been designed specifically to support fault diagnosis & rectification. Equipped with a whole range of test equipment and room to fit even a Double Decker bus.
Rewire & Upgrade Services
Through our many customers within the Fleet, Plant and PSV sectors we have developed the ability to rewire almost anything, irrespective of scale or complexity, from simple wiring faults to multiplex wiring loom removal and circuit replacement affecting all aspects of the vehicles electrical system.
As a minimum all wiring and circuits are replaced in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications, however we are also able to upgrade both wiring and circuits to exceed original specifications on request, typically where the vehicle is operating outside of intended tolerances and our customers require increased resilience, efficiency and safety.
Field Service Solutions
Many of our customers run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, requiring their vehicles to be operational at all times. We recognise that it is not always practical for our customers to come to us.
Our vehicles are equipped with all the necessary test equipment and subject to minimum contract requirements can typically respond to problems within an agreed timescale.
Where this is not possible we will work with you to have your vehicle recovered to our premises to fully resolve your electrical problems, ensuring that your vehicle is returned to service as quickly as possible, so that the impact on your business is kept to a minimum.
